Please dress in comfortable clothing suitable for your treatments and refrain from wearing valuables, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. In our consistent effort to maintain a healthy environment, our facility is smoke free.Scheduling and CancellationsWe greatly appreciate your patronage. In our efforts to schedule your appointment with the technician/therapist of your choice at a time that is most convenient for you, we recommend that you schedule your follow-up service prior to departing. All such requests will be honored to the best of our ability. If cancellation is necessary, please advise us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. A "no show" charge of 100% of the service fee will be charged if no notice is given prior to the appointment.
Gift Certificates Euro Laser Gift Certificates are non-refundable and valid for six months from date of purchase. When redeeming a gift certificate, please advise us upon scheduling your appointment and present it upon arrival.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the cost of services, are graciously appreciated and are left to the discretion of our clients.
Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payments on the premises may be made by credit card, personal check (with driver's license and one additional form of identification) or cash. See the sidebar (left) for payment options on purchases made via our online store.
